Every batch of cashew kernels can be traced back to its origin. Our lot-tracking system connects the cooperative, the plot, the processing batch and the final delivery note.
Traceability chain
1. Cooperative intake
Each delivery is assigned a reception code linked to the supplier cooperative and collection zone.
2. Processing batch
Raw nuts are processed in identified batches; shelling, drying and sorting records are tied to the lot.
3. Quality and packaging
Grading results, moisture tests and vacuum-pack codes are recorded against the same lot number.
4. Dispatch and export
The lot is matched to the container, seal number, bill of lading and phytosanitary certificate.
5. European hub delivery
Arrival at PLAZA, Zaragoza is recorded and cross-checked before release to the final customer.
